3. 68\WINNT40 68 family Windows NT 4.0 driver:
    (a) This NT 4.0 driver is V1.60. 
    (b) Fixing that when playing a JAVA program (Empire Player), after we
        press the "submit button" or "Get Next question", it will lost sound.
    (c) Fixing some problem on playing a special wave file(ArabMusic.wav), the
        issue is at SRC (software sample rate converter).
    (d) Fixing Ephone problem. If we used Ephone and set CPU busy, recording
        will lost data and stop.

    (a) Adding "Smart5.1" function, but the default is set to disable,
        because it need the corresponding hardware design to activate 5.1
        channel. If the "Smart5.1" is really in your hardware, you can remove
        ';' mark at the head of the line ";HKR,Settings,DisableSmart51,1,1"
        from VIAUDIO.INF to enable Smart5.1 function.
        Important:
        * Any change in INF file must have WHQL submission.
        ** "Smart5.1" will be one trademark of VIA Technologies, Inc.
    (b) When adjusting the volume to minimun, also mute in hardware.
    (c) Disable secondare MIC in INF file.
